The Citizens Parliament debates on the laws of the Micronation whenever a new law is proposed. New laws that have been passed are called “Acts”.
The List of all current Acts that were passed by The Citizens Parliament:
Act 1: Act 1, The Citizenship Act, states that in order to be upgraded from a Park Observer to a Park Citizen of Derryounce, a person must spend at least 30 days per year withing the Micronation. All members of The Irish Micronation Organisation are automatically Park Citizens.
Act 2: Act 2, The Border Act, states that anyone is allowed to enter and exit Derryounce at any any time they wish. This law has been passed to stop any future border complications with the neighbouring Republic of Ireland.
Act 3: Act 3, The Construction Act, states that anyone is allowed to enter The Free Centrist State of Derryounce and construct any type of infrastructure without government approval at any part of The Orange District of The free Centrist State of Derryounce, as long as it does not cause trouble with any other person’s infrastructure within The Orange District.
Act 4: Act 4, The Freedom of Speech Act, states that anyone is allowed to say absolutely anything without any type of punishment or shame, no matter how left-leaning or right-leaning the statement could be.
Act 5: Act 5, The Airsoft Firearm Act, states that all Firearms are banned within Derryounce, but all Airsoft and Paintball “Firearms” are permitted. Open-Carry of said “Firearms” is also permitted for the reason of self-defence and/or protection.
Act 6: Act 6, The Unpublic Act, states that there are now a second type of acts, the “Unpublic Acts”, which you can only learn about if you ask the Park Ranger for permission to know about each individual Unpublic Act. This Act includes Unpublic Act 1, 2, 3, 4.
Act 7: Act 7, The Montevideo Recognition Act, states that The Free Centrist State of Derryounce recognises and Nation or Micronation that falls into the category of The Montevideo Convention. This means that The Free Centrist State of Derryounce recognises all 193 UN member states, but also other mostly unrecognised states that fall into the category, for example Palestine, Transnistria, Somaliland, e.g. Any Micronation that fits The Montevideo Convention is also officially recognised.
Act 8: Act 8, The Flag Act, states that any individual can wave and/or hang up any flag they wish in The Orange Administrative Districts of The Free Centrist State of Derryounce.
Act 9: Act 9, The Louvre Act, states two new things. First, All Virtual Embassies have been changed so only The Micronation that owns The Embassy can talk in it. Second, I am introducing The Derryounce Version of Martial Law, which can be can be used by The Park Ranger during a time of chaos. As our Micronation is still developing, Martial Law will only allow The Park Ranger to time out any member of the official Discord server until Martial Law ends.
Act 10: Act 10, The Virtual Recognition Act, allows for The Free Centrist State of Derryounce to recognise Micronations that are only virtual and have no claims to real world territory. For a Micronation to qualify for this recognition, they must be a serious Micronation with real Goals and Ambitions, and must also have a strong community. Derryounce is passing this Act because we already recognise a Micronation that currently has no claims to real world territory (Lumitheia).
Act 11: Act 11, The First Magenta Expansion Act, has been implemented to begin The First Expansion to The Magenta Party. This Act states that all Derryounce Park Observers living in either Ireland or Northern Ireland are allowed to join The Magenta Party. The Party under The First Expansion Act is still only in charge of The Free centrist State of Derryounce, so membership of This Magenta Party DOES NOT automatically make you part of the future Irish Magenta Political Party, but it does make joining it easier.
Act 12: Act 12, The Harm Act, states that your Park Observer and/or Park Citizen status will be revoked if you cause any Harm to another Park Observer and/or Park Citizen, no matter if Physical, Emotional or Psychological. This Act will allow Derryounce to keep full Freedom of Speech while also allowing The Magenta Party to get rid of unserious members.
Act 13: Act 13, The Land Act, enables The Magenta Party to plan out an Operation for the 2026 Summer Season to expand The Borders of The Free Centrist State and add new Territories. The Operation will be announced on May 1st, 2026.
Act 14: Act 14, The Flying Act, states that anybody is allowed to to use any device or vehicle that can go airborne within The Orange Administrative Territories and Any Red Administrative Territories that do not enforce any No-Fly Zones.
