Good Day Derryouncer’s! I, Frisky, The Park Ranger of The Free Centrist State of Derryounce, is proud to announce that The Free Centrist State of Derryounce has now been independent for a total of 20 weeks! That’s 140 days of The Magenta Party showing how politics should be done!

We have achieved so much more over the previous 10 Weeks, from building better Micronational alliances to more than doubling the amount of our Park Observers!

Let’s first go over what we’ve done since our previous 10 Week Review, and then announce our future plans and ideas.

 

A Breakdown of your 10 previous Weeks:

 

• We joined the Intermicronational Alliance, organised by Lumitheia, and The Alliance Of Free, set up by The Federal Republic of Satonia.

• We established Diplomatic Relations with another 7 Micronations. (One of them being Westarctica!)

• We changed our Flag and got our own Emblem, created by Park Citizen Fizzy.

• We updated our borders to make the the total area of Derryounce to be 5.99km squared.

• We got a National Anthem: ” Shine on You crazy Diamond Part 1″ by Pink Floyd.

• We got our motto: “Derryounce for Any, Derryounce for All” from The Duff of Uhopia after he won our Motto competition!

• We created both a TikTok account and The Official Derryounce Online Store!

• Park Ranger Frisky became a Knight of The Order of the Polar Cross of Westarctica.

• We began mapping out The Historical Bord na Mona railways in Derryounce on our new 3D Interactive Map.

• We made The Original Derryounce Flag The Magenta Party logo.

• We Created The Derryouncer’s Exploring Club to boost popularity in Tourism and Preservation of the Walkways of Derryounce and local area past our borders.

• We passed a new Act: Act 8, The Flag Act!

• And last but not least: We gained 10 new Park Observers and 4 new Park Citizens!

 

Plans for the next 10 Weeks:

 

• Continue with having friendly relations between our fellow Micronations.

• Begin planning for the creation of a Main Derryounce Citizen’s Parliament in The Cushina Building, located in The Cushina District.

• Plan on focusing more on internal government ideas and expansions, as the Winter weather will make it better to work indoors for the next 10 weeks.

 

Now, as the title suggests, The Free Centrist State of Derryounce is introducing the role of The Vice Park Ranger. This role is for me to have a second person in charge, who can help us out in Micropolitics and someone who can look over Derryounce while I’m not available. As Park Ranger, I always have access to The Citizen’s Parliament 24/7, but The Vice Park Ranger is always here for us to run Derryounce like a Professional Government.

I’m proud to announce that your new Vice Park Ranger is Park Citizen Auga! He is a very helpful man, which is why I’ve chosen him for this role.

I am so, so happy for all the progress Derryounce has been doing ever since Independence in July, This means so much for me to be able to work in a Political environment with all of you. thanks to everyone’s work and support, The Future Magenta Party will thrive across not only Ireland, but the lands of Europe and beyond.

I am equally glad towards everyone here who put in the work to make my dream come true, so every Park Observer gets a Shoutout!

With that I leave you with a small amount of Homework: Spread the news about both Derryounce and your Micronation, because the only way to change the world, is to do it together.

Act 8, The Flag Act, has been passed. This act states that any individual can wave and/or hang up any flag they wish in The Orange Administrative Districts of The Free Centrist State of Derryounce.

The first Derryounce flag has been put back into use as the logo for The Magenta Party.

The 3D Interactive map of Derryounce has been updated to include The Historical Bord na Mona Railway (In Purple). It is not fully complete, as there are hundreds of kilometres of railway, but it will be updated over the coming days.

I am currently working on expanding the Derryounce Free 3D Map to include all the historical Bog Trains that ran though The Bog of Allen during the 20th Century. This map is based on open-source maps like openstreetmaps and my own local knowledge of the bogs. If anyone sees a mistake or rail line I missed, feel free to leave a link to a proper map of the railways on either The Discord Server, Twitter comment section, or The Official Website’s comment section.

Good afternoon everyone,

There has been a visibly bigger gap between the last post as compared to all the previous posts, so let me fill you in on what has happened and what will happen in Our Free Centrist State.

First of all I’ve been on holidays to Gdansk in Poland for a week, which explains my little absence. I’ve had loads of time to learn more about World War 2, The Cold War and The Solidarity Movement while in the city. I’ve posted some photos into The Discord Server.

Now for the big thing: Derryounce and The Micronation of Westarctica have been establishing Diplomatic relations, and today I’ve officially become a Knight in The Order of the Polar Cross where you can find me on the bottom of the list (Real name reveal lol)

Derryounce has been doing a lot of planning for the future over the past 2-3 weeks. I can’t let you all know what they are just yet, but this biggest plan involves several Micronations and it takes places during Winter. (psst! If you’re a Micronation looking to expand both your country and recognistion, you can join this event! Just @ both Frisky accounts once you join!)

But what I can tell you is what I plan to do today (possibly tomorrow too if I don’t have time), and that is to document the Historic Bord Na Mona Train Lines that ran through our Nation’s borders, long before Frisky stepped foot on this wonderful land. This was suggested by an avid rail fan on this website, and I must deliver on my promise. Future writings about the History of Derryounce will be made in the near future too.
