   Dear Frisky,
   Congratulations of the formation of your State.
   My name is David Malocco, Duke of Demas, and I am the Honorary Consul for Westarctica in Ireland. I was appointed on the 7th July 2025 and am the first Consul Westarctica have ever had here.
   I am tasked with forming diplomatic relations with micronations in and around the island of Ireland.
   In the first instance may I ask you if you would like to establish diplomatic relations between our two micronations?
   In the event that you are agreeable to this I would like to begin the process of our two States formally recognising each other.
   I live in Malahide and would be happy to visit you if you so wish to discuss how we can mutually progress our relationship.

      Good afternoon Mr. David Malocco. We are beyond excited to see that we are getting seen by such big Micronations such as Westarctica, This really means a lot to us as we expand our community further by the day.
